The tri-bell of the ball, this fairly unique plant has soft but jagged greenery year-round, and pink summer danglers of pink that turn into upright wisps.

Kind of a reverse plant - in spring the greenery looks rather shab, but in fall gets a spring-like boost of luscious new growth.
