Arching green blades; flowers pale pink to indigo - handsome in all its phases.

Slowly spreads to form clumps in meadows or along the borders of your yard. It does best in full-sun to part shade, likes to keep its feet wet (but drought tolerant once established), and excels in humus-rich soil (not the garbarnzo variety but the carbon rich earthen variety :)).

Commonly blooms in spring throughout coastal forest floors.
